Tunisia produces annually between 400 and 500 thousands hectare of grapes, growing by 40% since 2002 with a peak of 600 thousands hectare in 2007.

Tunisian grapes are exported to Germany and France as main clients, with some quantities also exported to Switzerland, Belgium, the United States, Canada and some countries of eastern Europe like Russia.
Most of the Tunisian Grape production is located in Cap Bon and the surrounding area
